Designs by Charlotte offers optional home staging plans to help you sell your home faster and for more money.

Vacant Properties
Set up includes rental, delivery and pickup of furniture by professional movers. A fully staged home consists of all living areas, kitchen and breakfast areas and the master suite. The fee is based on the square footage and the contract is good for 30 days. If the contract needs to be extended, the staging rental will be reduced by 50%.

Non-Vacant Properties
If services from Designs by Charlotte are contracted for non-vacant properties, the staging fee will be based per room or as an hourly rate. Any furniture or accessories supplied to the client will be priced at that time due to each unique situation.
