Tips:

  • Curb appeal - trim landscape and make sure to present a welcoming entrance.
  • Remove overcrowded furniture.  Remember space translates into square footage.  Square footage translates into money.
  • Clear all unnecessary objects from furniture and counter tops.
  • Clean, clean, and clean.
  • Paint and patch if necessary.
  • Do not leave any unfinished projects for the homeowner.
